67 scientists, extension educators and consumer experts from various disciplines are working collaboratively on this project. As they publish peer-reviewed articles regarding their work on this project, or on related topics, we will provide links to the journals in which they are published. Some are open access--available for the public to read. Other journals require a subscription, but have an abstract available to read.
